I would give more than 5* if it were possible! I cannot fault the teaching staff and their assistants! I had a bad experience at another swim school but your support has been amazing and my daughter is no longer afraid of swimming pools.. I would highly recommend Gems Aqua Stars.

Gems Aquastars have been wonderful with my two boys. They'd both had their confidence knocked after a bad experience with another swimming school so they were both very nervous to try swimming lessons again. The friendly staff at Gems made them feel really comfortable and confident again. The high staff ratio and small group sizes make for fun and safe lessons. The boys have both made so much progress with their swimming in a relatively short period of time and they are always excited to go to their lessons.

I have two children who have special needs, we've used a few different swimming places and Gems aquastars have been the best by far. I was searching for a place that was informative about the children's progress, which is very helpful when you have a SEN child. I also wanted to find a swimming place that was encouraging and understanding of my children's needs.
From stepping into the lessons for the first time, the whole process was extremely professional and informative. You can tell that safeguarding and ensuring children's safety is a high priority within this swimming school. We met with Angela, the swimming teacher for my children and she was so kind. My eldest can become quite upset at times as she suffers from anxiety, I watched the end of a lesson where Angela spoke to calmly to her and asked to understand what was upsetting her.
The other swimming staff are all so kind and friendly too, it's such a lovely place. Within the first few weeks, my children had learnt things that they had never been taught at their previous swimming schools. And it's the little things that make a huge difference, like helping them to not be scared of water on their face. We achieved that within the first few weeks and it's boosted their confidence too!
I think we've struck gold with Gems aquastars and I'd highly recommend this swimming school
